Safe pre-charging for high-voltage applications

With resistance values ranging from 0.2 Ω to 34 kΩ, power ratings from 1 W to 150 W and voltage ranges from 350 to 1000 V, the KRBR DCR SMD enables reliable and controlled pre-charging of capacitors, battery systems and DC intermediate circuits. As a charging resistor, it limits high inrush currents, protects power electronics and energy storage systems from load spikes, and is particularly suitable for high-voltage applications in industry, power electronics, energy storage and e-mobility.
