Coiled tube cartridge with thermocouple integrated into the brass turned part. Typically used for nozzle heating in plastic injection molding tools.
The SWCH-C coil heater cartridge is a powerful nozzle heater for plastic injection molding tools. Through precise heat transfer and the optional integration of a thermocouple, it enables accurate temperature control and supports stable manufacturing processes in plastic processing.
The coil pipe cartridge is available with a pipe diameter of Ø 2.0 mm and can be manufactured in lengths ranging from 460 to 1,350 mm depending on the application. For particularly precise temperature monitoring, an integrated thermocouple in the brass turning part is optionally available. The electrical connection is made via robust and temperature-resistant PTFE lead wires.
