SWCH-O

The SWCH-O coil tube cartridge is a robust nozzle heater for plastic injection molding tools. It ensures uniform heat distribution and supports precise temperature control for stable and efficient injection molding processes.

The coil pipe cartridge is available with a pipe diameter of Ø 3.0 mm and can be manufactured in lengths ranging from 400 to 1,850 mm depending on the application. For particularly precise temperature monitoring, an integrated thermocouple is optionally available. The electrical connection is made via robust and temperature-resistant PTFE lead wires.
